Are you an experienced medical professional looking for a change of pace for the summer? Eagle's Nest Camp in Pisgah Forest, NC is looking for qualified, caring, and joyful medical staff for the Summer of 2024 season!

Our Health Hut medical staff are responsible for providing daily care and First-Aid to approximately 140 campers and 60 staff. While on-duty, our medical team members are available and able to serve our camp community with the support of our administration and full-time camp staff. Daily responsibilities will include administering care and First-Aid to injured/ill campers, administering medication and preparing medications for any overnight or off-campus trips, updating medical logs as necessary on our CampDoc online platform, communicating with parents and physicians, and being available to serve whenever a need arises.

We are hiring one EMT who will serve for the entire summer and two other medical professionals (RNs, PAs, MDs...) for each session. Medical staff will live on campus in the upstairs rooms of the Health Hut for the 1, 2, or 3 week session they are hired to work (based on their availability and Eagle's Nest Camp's need). In addition to a weekly salary, Health Hut staff members receive two 100% tuition exchanges for up to two dependent children to attend camp.
